    I have stayed here many times due to work travel. The size of the rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms and the view from the rooms are all exceptional.

    LOVELY ROOM - WATERFRONT SETTING AND CLOSE TO CAFES

    Perfect Paynesville location, right near the Raymond Island ferry terminal, on the water and an easy and lovely walk to everything nearby. Great price, excellent rooms and service. Only slight downside was the overly firm bed.

    It is situated on the water with moorings if you bring your boat. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. This is a fantastic holiday stay.
